Bioprinting Visualization Part 2

3d Bioprinting Solutions is a great Russian science company based in Moscow.

This is the second part of my project.
In this animations you can see the macro version of the bioprinting process.

1. The first layer of hydrogel media comes from the spray nozzle of Bioprinter and serves as a faundation for a bioconstruct. It becomes thicken with time.

2. First level of tissue spheroids comes and fixes in the gel. One spheroid consists of about 1000-10 000 alive
cells and has a diameter 100-400 micrometers.. The second and third levels are the same. First hydrogel layer then spheroids.

3. When the bioconstuct is finished it goes to the bioreactor. In the bioreactor the gel will degradate.

4. Then the fusion process begins. You can see that one type of spheroids is different and gives an ability to create pore space for further vascularization.

5. I sliced the constuct to show better it's anatomy.
